CAS pages for mobile devices

The problem is, is there an easy way to identify mobile devices
without resorting to an exhaustive whitelist? If there was a way, I'd
recommend we include sample pages in CAS4 for dealing with this (the
CAS pages work, but they may not be optimized for mobile devices at
the moment). But if we can't easily differentiate it, the last thing
we want to do is maintain a whitelist in the CAS source ;-)
