A request for review

Hello:

I'm a strong proponent for the use of CAS because I truly believe in
open source and I think it's secure.  I've set this up now for a
government entity as a contractor because I truly felt that it was the
best solution for this organization that's very concerned about
security.

I will pitch and evangelize it's use anytime the opportunity arises.
I would like to show the original proposal to this group and get
comments for modification.  I've only changed the document to protect
my client's identity.  And, remember that this was a sales document to
convince the CIO's staff that my solution would use CAS.

I want your comments and I want to revise this proposal for anyone.  I
think CAS needs more documents between the general discussion and
technical how-to.
