cas client 3.1.1 and simple WebApp sample

This type of patches have to be applied to source files.
After applying a patch you have to recompile the whole "cas-client.jar".
Alternatively you can download a newer version of the client (literally v3.1.3).

You can apply these patches with Linux/Unix 'patch' tool, with Eclipse
or an SVN client like TortoiseSVN.
