CAS Access Control

I'm in the process of evaluating CAS's featureset and we're hoping for, in
addition to authentication, the ability to implement access control on a
per-service basis. The link located at *

*does not resolve - does anyone have any pointers to the presentation or
know of any other access control mechanisms for CAS?
