Banner Student Self Service and CAS

Hi all,

I noticed the following page pop up on the wiki:

And this is something we're very interested in doing here at 
Dartmouth.   We're not using uPortal, so, would be looking to simply 
CASify Banner Student Self-service without worrying about uPortal 
integration details.    Google suggests to me other schools have had 
success at getting this to work, but, implementation details are 
sparse.   Is anyone out there willing to share how they got this to 
work?    To be fair, I have little experience developing for Banner (or 
working with the Oracle Application Server), but would like to be able 
to make a technical recommendation to the folks here responsible for 
maintaining Banner as far as how they can approach the task.
