problem about asp client

Hello,
  I have encounted a problem ,it's an old asp application,I use the yale cas asp client code so that it can be authenticated by cas. When I use the URL with more than two parameters to visit the asp application,
  like:http://bill/acup/Login.asp?web=jiag1&privil=0&fullname=x,
  it redirct me to the cas server,with the URL:
  https://qing:8443/cas/login?service=http://bill/acup/Login.asp?web=jiag1&privil=0&fullname=x, 
  after authentication,it redirects back to the application ,but the second and third parameters are lost.
       http://bill/acup/Login.asp?web=jiag1&ticket=ST-1-vil9W7pQ43ZEEYBiuCjD-cas.
  this situation doesn't happen when I visit the java application using URL like:
  http://qing:8888/Hello/hello?un=zhao&unt=zheng
   
    what's the problem?any help would be appreciated.
