Does yale cas clinet 2.1.1 support callback for logout requests?

The simplest way is to use the HttpServletRequestWrapperFilter, then you 
can simply call request.getRemoteUser ().

Just take a look at the page I linked earlier, you will find all the 
stuff you might need. that page is extremely helpful.
