Anonymous access through jasig cas client filter

Cheers - but we don't have much control over the end web app I don't believe.
I guess I should be more explicit at the start of my posting!
We have library electronic resources protected by a Shibboleth idp set up
with CAS pointing to our portal.
We want to grant anonymous access to these resources from walk in kiosks.
Some of the resources require shibboleth authentication for ANY access.
There is some discussion about shibboleth allowing this -

- but I was wondering how to get cas to recognize the kiosks.
