FreeBSD mod_auth_cas packaging

Happy new year everybody !

I'm in the process of (trying to) package mod_auth_cas for FreeBSD.

The point is that FreeBSD use a 'ports tree', containing no code but URL
of "source packages" (say: .tar.gz or .tar.bz2).
It needs that to be able to check MD5, SHA256 and SIZE stored values
against source tarball to authenticate it.
Of course, subversion is not included by default (and is not expected to
be a requirement to build apache modules…)

Is there any 'automatic tarball' from svn tags available on a (stable)
URL I could use in the package ?
If not, is there (or could it be?) any plan to do so ?

Thanks,
