Looking for info to configure Service Registry to use MS SQL Server

Quick question for the list and hoping for a quick answer.

 

Has anyone set up the CAS Services Registry and Database Connection using
Microsoft SQL Server, following Scott's guide

If so, can you share the pertinent information: hibernate dialect info,
pom.xml dependencies, what jdbc driver you chose, etc.
